French and Indian War guided notes and map activity
I created these guided notes and mapping activity for chapter 3 of the McDougal Littell textbook The Americans.
The document asks students to label a map of the east coast of North America with important sites that involve the French and Indian War.
Then students fill in the blanks to the guided notes as you go over the notes with them. I like these notes because they provide a nice set-up for discussing why the American colonists eventually decide to declare their independence from Britain.
