Stress away stations are a fun way to have students try different activities that could be used as stress relief! I don't have students fill out anything as they work through the stations, and I don't expect them to get to all the stations. I usually have them do this in two 45 minute periods or one 80 minute period and do as much as they can. After, I hand them the station worksheet and they rate the stations they tried and give me some feedback. Usually it is a fun and relaxing couple of days!
