Professional Development Specialist and Educator with experience as teacher/instructor in public school, private school, vocational schools, business colleges, graduate school and teacher training programs. Co-facilitated teacher training program for our state and for many years have conducted and presented professional development for teachers. Curriculum developer for teacher training programs and workshops. Piloted and wrote curriculum for state-approved courses. Mentor teachers and guide them through requirements of gaining our state's career development endorsement.

Technology integration, teacher facilitation, student choice, project- and problem-based learning, critical thinking, student reflection, peer critique and authentic audience are all components that I currently strive to use in my own classroom and when developing and choosing learning materials.

Previous Member of Arkansas' TIE Cadre (Technology Infused Education); EMINTS Affiliate Trainer since 2018; published in NCDA's Career Convergence; wrote state's Career Development Back-to-School Playbook (2020); Arkansas Career Development Mentor since 2014.

B.S. in Business Education and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology.
