In this file, there are 3 pages of different assignments for a Food & Culture unit in Italian class.
The first assignment is a choice board of different assignments.
The second assignment is a research task on Italian cuisine and regions. Rubric included.

Spanish CV Trabajo/Empleo Project
This presentation and project explains to students the difference between a CV and resume, has students look at examples, and create their own CV in Spanish. This can be used at any level, but the requirements can be adjusted for levels. An example, explanation of CV vs Resumes, rubric, requirements, and quizlet vocabulary are all provided to help students through the process. This should take two-three block periods, and I use one period to have student's edit each others work.

Make a Subjunctive Origami Fortune Teller!
Apply the subjunctive (in any language class) using "interactive ORIGAMI!"
This activity has students fold a square piece of paper into an origami fortune teller. Video links are included for how to make this (very simple) game-like toy.
Instructions are ready for you to print and pass-out to students. I've also included some photos of an example I'd created for use in my Spanish 3 classroom.

Interactive Spanish Classroom Activity
This class project can be utilized in many different ways in the Spanish classroom. It involves creativity, peer collaboration and use of the target language in a much more interactive way for students. They will design a city blueprint with labels on the buildings to create a city which is easy to navigate.
