This is a rubric that can be used to assist students in completing a project based on Native American tribes. This can be used to focus on tribes from your state or across the country. My students are always so creative with this assignment. Once they complete this project and become "experts" on their tribe, they go on to make a lesson plan to teach a younger grade level. We call this our Tribal Conference. It is always a huge hit with students.
