Attendance Letters to Parents
Attendance is a huge part of education- if the child is not present, they are not learning!
Use this attendance letter and tweak it to your school/needs.
I hold a meeting for parents to come into school and learn about attendance recovery (towards the end of the school year we offer Saturday School--this is where attendance days can be made up!)

Unpacking, Switching Classes, Packing Up Procedure Checklists with Visuals
These visual checklists help students that struggle with managing their supplies, unpacking, and packing up. There is a separate checklist for unpacking, switching classes, and packing up. The document is editable so that you can tweak it to match your classroom routine and books. I have taped these to students desks, displayed them around the room, laminated them and put them in student binders, or given students a new checklist each day.

This checklist helps students that struggle with executive functioning make a plan, complete homework, and pack up their book bag. The checklist includes a to-do list, visual aids, and a place to write a check mark when tasks are done. I like to staple this into their agenda every week and reward them at the end of the week if they have been consistently prepared. Brigance template for iep or ESER Green level Brigance II
This is a template for the non standardized green level Brigance. It does not have the speech goals attached since my speech does those evaluations separately. This is to drop into a report only, not the protocol. You would still need the green Brigance book to use this because that is where you would get the current level of the student. The preview shows what it would look like for the student.

Classroom Management Plan (based on PBS system)
This plan was written to accommodate the 3 tiers of the positive behavior support system. It allows for a lot of room when it comes to individualizing management for each child. This plan was written to send home as an informative tool for parents: it contains a description of the classroom atmosphere, norms/procedures, and also some basic information about ways in which children follow the rules best. I used this plan in my classroom and with my parents last year and it worked like a dream!
