Multiple Meaning Words with Visuals
This powerpoint lists 35 multiple meaning words for grades 2-5. Each slide has the word and 2-3 pictures to describe the different meanings. Students can use the visuals to help describe the two different meanings. To make it more challenging the students can create sentences using the target word.

Joke Decoder - Brainstorm Meanings of Jokes/Idioms!
Help your kiddos who have figurative language goals explain why a joke is funny with this helpful visual! Have your kids find the related words in a joke and its punchline, then brainstorm those words' multiple meanings to find out why the joke is funny! Sentence Frames for Teaching WH-Questions
For many of my kids who are very literal and truly have a difficult time understanding HOW to answer our WH-questions, I felt like I couldn't find a resource that taught them how...so I created this and use it in conjunction with a visual for each WH-question.
