This card can be used to help you set up your gymnasium with the equipment list being written out and can help you remember what you wanted to cover by the end of class. Download this template and insert information to fit your daily PE lesson. Then, print out the document on a 5x8 index card (it will need to be printed double-sided). At the beginning of each school year, I sit down and look at my counties school calendar and create a tentative breakdown of what I plan to do for the entire school year. I teach more of a NON TRADITIONAL approach to skill themes so by using this breakdown each year I can make sure that I am not repeating the same games each year which keeps it new and exciting for both myself and my students.

I have a hard time giving students low quality generic awards that you simply write their name on. I made this one to reward my 6th grade field day captains. Simply change the text fields to give it the name you want and description. The kids will be very proud to take this home! For best results print this award on a nice glossy photo paper on 'best' printer setting. It also prints nicely on card stock or through a laser printer.

This is essential for me, because it helps me to keep track especially as I see different classes on different days and this keeps me organized!
