I have found that many of students don't know how to gather reliable information from the Internet. This activity would only take one class period and has the students using safe websites with no advertisements. The students at our school absolutely loved this project!! This project makes students perform a webquest about one of the states. I had a lottery in my class: each student drew a different state that he had to research. Each student got a copy of this power point.
