Microscope Practice Drawings
It can be a difficult task for students to draw what they see in a microscope field of view. Once I began having students practice this skill using this worksheet, I noticed a big improvement in their lab diagrams.
The first page uses clip art and gray scale images of cells that are placed directly adjacent to the student drawings. This is an easier skill since the fields of view are scaled equally and the sample images are right next to where the students produce their drawings.
