Long Range Plans - Grade 2/3 French Immersion Class - Ontario Expectations
This is a long range plan for a combined Grade 2/3 class, using the Ontario Curriculum Expectations. These plans were written several years ago. Please check that they match the most up-to-date curriculum guides.

The Mathematics and Arts curriculum are applicable to both English and French students. The language expectations are for French Immersion students.
The math
Grammar Scope and Sequence K-7 (French Immersion)
This tool is useful for all French Immersion Programs to ensure continuity of grammar instruction from one grade to another.
Knowing what was taught in previous grades and what needs to be revisited and practised will be instrumental in ensuring students achieve mastery of grammatical concepts and removes the likelihood that knowledge gaps occur in their acquisition of French grammar.

Using the new 2019 NSW French Syllabus, I have made a checklist for teaching/programming to tick off as you go. Please let me know if you'd like any improvements. All content is from the new NSW French Syllabus. Fonts are from Hello Literacy on TPT (they are amazing!) and free.
French Class Rules
Basic set of classroom rules with a French-themed border on the bottom. It is a Word document, so you can change what you wish. Right now, the last rule includes my High School abbreviation, and you could change it to yours. This can also be taken to a copy/print or office supply store and be enlarged to poster size.
