Teamwork Rubric
This is a two page rubric: side 1 allows the student to reflect on and score his/her participation within a group and side 2 allows the student to reflect on and score the group's ability to work together. It can be used with groups of any size. It is set up as a front-to-back template and there are two copies on each side. I have used this in my 7th grade classroom and the students like the idea of being able to score themselves. The individual rubrics allow for more honest reflections.
