Reading and Reflecting About Reading Stamina!
Included* Post it template with goal questions. The second page includes questions to help students think about and reflect on their stamina in their journal.
I use this during independent reading and students also use this at home.

Independent Reading Log
This is a tracker to help students record their independent reading throughout the week.
