Comprehension Reading Log Grades 2-5

Phonics Skills Checklist (Year at a Glance)
I use this assessment in my guided reading binder. I write the children's names down the side and keep track of their phonics progress throughout the year by giving them a checklist when I can see evidence of their mastery in guided reading time, in their writing, or on weekly spelling tests. Reading Skill Proficiency Scale
Following the Marzano Rubric and Scales, I have written reading skills scales for the 10 skills used in our Journeys series.
