This is a reader response sheet students can use for reading fiction chapter books. There is a space for students to record the page they started, the page they finished, their thinking as they read and a final response. This is good for students to keep track of their comprehension and for teachers to do quick assessments on students' comprehension. Helpful in reading conferences.
