We use this in our first grade class to help students understand the consequences of their actions. They "Stop and Reflect" in order to make a better choice the next time.

Wonderful document for recording family facts and memories. This is a culture assignment that will be treasured for who knows how long. I hand out as extra credit, but I strongly encourage their use... where else will this information ever be captured? Students just ask questions of parents and grandparents.
