What educators are saying
This was a great way to allow all of my students to be included in saying goodbye to a classmate. Thank you!
One of my students moved out of state in February and we loved putting together a booklet for him with this resource!
Description
I made this when I had a student leave mid-year as a way for the students to say good-bye and for the student leaving to have a memorable keepsake from his classmates.
Included is 1 page where the students write. It is black and white, for the students to color in. There are 4 framed boxes. One says "To ___ From ____", another says "I liked___", and one says "I hope". The last box is blank for students to write something else or draw a picture. For "I liked", my students wrote down things they enjoyed doing with the student moving and for "I hope" they wrote things like, I hope you like your new school, I hope you come back and visit us, I hope we can still be friends, etc.
Also included are 2 cover pages. One is in color and the other is in black and white.
It's a simple, easy way to say good-bye, yet it makes a great going away keepsake, filled with memories!
Enjoy!
*Please be kind & leave feedback if you don't mind*
