Student Self-Evaluation - For Gifted and Non-Gifted Learners
This file includes two similar self-evaluations for students to fill out. One includes a question about gifted class, the other does not. Otherwise, they are the same. This is a quick, easy evaluation students can do for inclusion in data notebooks, parent teacher conferences, and more. "How can I help animals in my community?" provides questions to guide students through identifying their interests and thinking about how and where to volunteer, such as an animal shelter. The questions can be used as a handout or to generate discussion.

SMART Goals
This pack includes three phases: 1) a brainstorm sheet with circle maps to get ideas for personal and academic goals, 2) a chart to make sure these goals are SMART, 3) a shaping sheet to write a paragraph about one personal goal and one academic goal.
Can be used as a writing activity, formative assessment, and/or summative assessment!
