What's the Difference? Subtraction Puzzles for Critical Thinking
This resource is one of my favorite, go-to math enrichment activities for my little geniuses and fast finishers. As students work through the subtraction puzzles they not only develop their computation skills, but also learn important problem solving skills like problem solving and perseverance.

I love using this Witch's Brew Halloween Math and Writing center with younger students. It is fun and engaging, yet it requires students to use some higher level thinking. There are 28 task cards for this center. All task cards are open ended so there is no one right solution to the problem.
