I have been teaching math for 33 years, and still love it! I cannot imagine doing anything else, and thrive in the "new age" of math with the implementation of the Common Core.

I run a student centered classroom. Students are always in teams, and experience a variety of different activities each day. I like to give my students activities that spark their natural curiosity, and let them have success at what they are doing.

I have had the honor to teach junior high school math for the past 21 years, and to have taught high school math for 13 before that. My passion is helping kids and colleagues find their own love of mathematics.
