This independent work packet contains four simple melodic dictation activities for students to complete. These melodies have the following parameters: four measures, 4/4 time, major mode, stepwise motion with a few small skips, quarter notes and half notes. A variety of digital instrument sounds are used in both treble and bass clefs. Each melody is played four times with a one-minute pause after the first playing and 30 seconds after each additional playing (similar pacing to AP exam questions)
