Running Record to use for any book, any level!
Ask your students to pull their free choice books and check that they are reading fluently, accurately and with understanding. This running record form can cover any grade level for about any 100 words passage. I ask my students to start reading wherever they are in the book. 10 Day Conferencing Schedule for IRLA
This graph is a 10 day schedule that helps remind and keep track of student who need to be met with. The "Bubble Day" is there for the students who did not get met with.
