There are 5 sheets total: .5 to 15.5 16 to 31 31.5 to 46.5 47 to 62 62.5 to 77.5 In my classroom we do AR test as pass fail with 80% passing. Ask your students to pull their free choice books and check that they are reading fluently, accurately and with understanding. This running record form can cover any grade level for about any 100 words passage. I ask my students to start reading wherever they are in the book.
