P/T Conference Letter
This is a letter I send home notifying parents of upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences. I offer them a chance to request a certain time to meet with me or to drop by my room whenever its convenient for them. I also leave room for parents to voice their concerns before the conference so that I can be prepared.
