Fall Voice Warm-up - Elementary Music - Pitches So Mi La - Singing Warmup
This is a quick and simple voice warm up I use for reinforcing pitch icons. There are purposefully no sound files, so you can change the intervals and key to fit your lesson. Each page has a short 3-5 note melody that you can assign syllables to or sing on "la."
I love using season-specific icons to keep it fresh. Here is my fall version. I hope you enjoy! If you do, please leave me a positive review!

Winter/Christmas Theme Voice Warm-up - Elementary Music - Pitch Icons So Mi La
This is a quick and simple voice warm up I use to reinforce reading pitch icons. There are no sound files, so you can adapt this for any pitch syllables you prefer.
Each page has a short 3-5 note melody that you can assign syllables to or sing on "la." Instead of notes, I created a melody shape using snowflakes.

Jack Hartman Letter Sounds Songs for the Smartboard
These are two Smartboard slides for Jack Hartmann's songs "Learning Letter Sounds abc" and "Hands up for the letter sounds". As you play the CD music file, you may show these slides on the Smartboard. Teacher models pointing to the letters as you sing along the song together. Bickle Bockle- Initial Sound/Onset Smartboard Activity-
Great for kindergarten students or as a review for first-grade students. This is a fun, no-prep, "download it and go" Smart Board Activity. Students learn the simple song called "Bickle Bockle" (a recording of the song is included in the activity) and then play around with the first letter of the words to make up silly words for the song. When I do this with my kindergarten students, I always get a lot of giggles from them!

Jenny Get Dressed is a song I use in 2nd grade as an example of call and response music. The song involves a conversation between Jenny and her mother, and while it is fun to sing along too, there are many words to keep track of!
