In this interactive exercise, in each Canadian legal case, two students role-play two opposing lawyers in the courtroom. A total of 44 courtroom cases are available (26 Criminal Law, 11 Constitutional Law, and 7 Civil Law). Students use written scenarios based on actual Canadian legal cases to make oral arguments. Students are evaluated on their mastery of the facts of the case, their communication skills, their critical thinking skills, and their ability to offer rebuttals to opposing arguments
