In this file, there are 3 pages of different assignments for a Food & Culture unit in Italian class.
The first assignment is a choice board of different assignments.
The second assignment is a research task on Italian cuisine and regions. Rubric included.

In groups of 3 or 4 students form a travel agency and create an itinerary for the teacher, who has just won the lottery. I did this project with two classes (6th and 7th grade).
