This is a jpeg image of a set of piano keys (two octaves and a third) that can be used for a variety of things. This is the image I used in my piano intro Powerpoint with my 4th and 5th grade students last year. Rhythm worksheet and game
Students identify the quarter note, eighth note, half note and rest. Each student then creates 3 rhythms. Teacher or another student chooses one to clap out or "titi ta" and students try to guess which of the 3 beats was used. Best used with a document camera to show all 3 beats.
