Self-Control Journal Worksheet
Students will explore metacognitive practices while reflecting on using self-control techniques throughout a time period of one week. Ask students to list five triggers that result in unwanted self-control behaviors. For example, Trigger: having a lot of work to do, and feeling unmotivated; Skill: Setting a pomodoro timer.
