This test was created to assess students knowledge of geometric proofs for all chapters up to the triangle congruence chapter. Proofs on this test include the following concepts:

Gingerbread House Trigonometry Worksheet
Gingerbread House Trigonometry is a great way to incorporate the holidays in math. This activity assesses students knowledge of Right Triangle Trigonometry, Pythagorean Theorem, and the Six Trigonometric Functions. Students will work in groups of 4 to complete a gingerbread house. Pythagorean Spiral project.
The Pythagorean spiral project uses the Pythagorean Theorem to create a beautiful spiral if done correctly. This can be used from Pre-Algebra all the way to graduation as a good way to teach the Pythagorean Theorem as well as constructions. Have the student decorate the spiral after to add some flare to their work!

Parallel Lines Cut by a Transversal: City Project
Students will create a map of their own town using parallel and transversal streets. They will then be required to locate specific destinations at the locations of special angle pairs, like a gas station and a restaurant at alternate exterior angles.
