In this interactive exercise, in each Canadian legal case, two students role-play two opposing lawyers in the courtroom. A total of 44 courtroom cases are available (26 Criminal Law, 11 Constitutional Law, and 7 Civil Law). Students use written scenarios based on actual Canadian legal cases to make oral arguments.
