Reisepass, simple and only half of one sheet to cut your printing time! Cut the sheets in half and then the kids can fold to make a booklet. I have made with questions that lends itself to class discussion. I laminate after they have filled out and decorated, and that is their passport for the whole year (with German names and German cities they are from!)

After filling in the sheet about his/herself in German, the student creates a visual to help him/her tell others about his/herself while speaking only in German. I allow the student put key words into thevisual to help him/her remember what he/she wants to say, but the student is not allowed to write out his/her talk. The visual could be a poster, a collage, a slide presentation, etc. I remind them to be creative! I even once had a student create a felt hanging!
