Function Transformations Exploratory Project
I use this project in my classes to introduce the unit on function transformations in my algebra 2 classes. I've also used it as a review in my precalculus class. They are asked to study the most popular parent functions in several ways then use Desmos to explore what happens when they adjust the equations in various ways. Law of Sines Ambiguous Case SSA
This is a discovery activity to introduce the ambiguous case for Law of Sines. Only print the first page for students. I had students work in pairs to do this activity. Have studnets create a triangle (some will find both), then select studnets present their findings to the class. From there, introduce this as the ambiguous case.
