This activity is great for Halloween, Spooky Season, or Fall. Students will use close reading skills and cite text evidence to prove their case in this "Tell Tale Heart" Mock Trial. Students will read the short story "The Tell Tale Heart" by Edgar Allan Poe. Then students will view a short mock trial procedure video.
