For Early Childhood Special Ed educator out there, this is a communication log I personally use.
It is made to save papers, but still able to get the job done!
My lessons are routined and content remains very much the same for a whole month and to save time circling and marking at the end of each day, I created this log so that the only things you are updating are children's daily activities such as eating and potty. Enjoy :)

Allergy and Medical Alert Form
In many places it is part of licensing to have a posted list of children with Allergies, or other Medical issues. This form has space for each child to have two issues and is open ended and fully editable so that you can add in children who take medication, who have melt downs, who are flight risks.
