Shop Syllabus
My personal syllabus for you to edit and use. It's a two page short and sweet information. The last page is written permission from the parents for their student to use equipment in the shop and provide you with any information or details they think are necessary for you to know as an instructor. Insert the dates you want, the year, and the course. If your school is connected with a college and your class provides college credit, be sure to add that to the syllabus.

Agriculture Directions Test
I use this directions "test" to simply teach students a fun lesson on fully reading through all questions/directions before beginning. Most often students start in on completing the silly tasks that are on the directions test I have made BEFORE reading! I give this to students following my syllabus.

Oops! Cards Extra Credit
This is my leniency policy. Everyone has bad days, I know I get my fair share as a teacher! Oops cards are to use for assignments, quizzes, and tests that fall on those bad days. They can be redeemed for up to 10 extra credit points. I don't allow them to be used on missing assignments. At the end of the year I let students turn in unused cards for a coupon at our school's greenhouse sale. Edit with your name and class info. You can change to fit your own policies and rewards.

FFA Dues Handout
Sometimes students and parents are not sure why they need to pay their dues. In order to send home information with students, I created a word document that explains chapter dues, including our dues package deal. Essentially, we give students $5 off their t-shirt if they pay their dues by a certain day. Thus, instead of paying $30 ($15 for dues and $15 for a shirt), they pay $25 to cover the dues and their t-shirt. This word document explains all of that and can be customized for your chapter ne
