This is a daily behavior plan with two target goals. The first goal is "I was on task." The second goal is "I was respectful." The rating scale is 1, 2 and 3. Being awarded a 3 means that the student demonstrated almost perfect behavior. A 2 means they've demonstrated the desired behaviors for most of the class period, and a 1 means they did not show the desired behavior for more than half of the time.
