U.S. Federal Budget Project Guide
This is an easy-to-implement project that I have used in my U.S. Government courses in the past, although it could be adapted for use in U.S. history or even an applied math course.
The learning focus is to get students to make the connections from values to numbers and recognize that differing political perspectives can be seen in how the federal budget takes shape.

Tic-Tac-Toe Geometry Project
This is a diverse project for a geometry unit. Students get to choose 3 projects they can do. It gives them options and can choose what they will enjoy doing the most.
