I use these notes to introduce students to graphing linear inequalities. All of these inequalities are given in slope-intercept form and the student is required to graph it using the correct type of line and proper shading. I go over what type of line to use (dotted or solid) and where to shade (above or below). It also covers how to determine whether a point is in the solution set (shaded region) or not. Great way for students to visually see linear inequalities.
