Great for: intervention, struggling students, review I used these notes and examples for math intervention. The flowchart utilizes the rules of adding and subtracting positive and negative fractions and decimals. It really helped these struggling kiddos keep organized in their work and not miss a step! The examples are very short (two for fractions, two for decimals). I supplemented the lesson by having them work in pairs on problems from our textbook. I made these with minimum paper waste i

This teacher tool is a list of the factors for every number from 1 to 100. Students often generate an incomplete list when finding factors. This tool makes it easy for a teacher to tell students how many factors they are looking for. Instead of saying, "Find all the factors of 36," the teacher can say, "Find the nine factors of 36." This strategy is a good stepping stone toward independence in generating complete factor lists. If you like this, please check out my Daily Number Study. It provid
