Close Reading Response Form-Use with ANY TEXT!
I developed this response form to support close reading of a variety of texts. Works great with articles from NEWSELA, ReadWorks, and news articles. After pre-teaching each portion of the form, I often have students complete it with partners or independently in preparation for small-group instruction.
