For those who use the Realidades series of textbooks, this PowerPoint will prove helpful in presenting a review towards the end of the second half of the year. The slides cover particularly conjugations -ar, -er, and -ir in addition to some irregular infinites like tener. The slides are interactive (especially if you have a Smart Board for students to conjugate chosen verbs on the board). Enjoy!

This pdf is a basic lesson plan for Cinco de Mayo. Embedded is a link to a short video as well as a text in Spanish about the History of 5 de mayo. Have the students read the text in groups, first, then review key facts with students using the text within the pdf. I like to do this activity with food, as I invite students to bring in a typical Mexican dish to share with the class on this day.
