Picture Perfect Language Learning

I have been teaching Spanish for the past 15 years grades 4-12. Currently I am teaching elementary Spanish in a great school district in Massachusetts.

Teaching all 5 parts of a language helps students engage on many levels and instills a curiosity about the Spanish speaking world. My classes focus on reading, writing, listening, speaking and culture. Picture Perfect Language Learning is a concept I came up with years ago to help students learn and remember vocabulary buy linking phrase with laugh out loud graphics.

I am the founder of Noyo. Noyo is an educational software company that makes language apps for tablets. When the iPad hit the educational scene I got very excited about this technology and knew that I had to use Picture Perfect Language Learning with the iPad. I worked very hard to create Noyo Language apps. After lots of feedback we created apps in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Hebrew and English. They can be found in the iTunes iOS and MacOS stores by searching for Noyo. I am proud to say that these apps are being used in over 100 countries around the world! I am using TpT to share the curriculum and graphics I have created.
