Small groups/ Posters: Split the class up into groups of 3 or 4. Give them a large piece of paper and a paper with the written directions. Each group must draw what they think happens during the process of fertilization. Tell them to be creative and have fun with it. Along with their poster, have the students create a description of their picture. They must also describe why it’s important to understand the process before learning about contraceptives.
