AR Accelerated Reader Student Point Tracker Data Notebooks
This is a student resource for students to be able to track their own AR points in their data notebooks.

In my classroom we do AR test as pass fail with 80% passing. So students get all their AR points if they pass the book and none if they fail it. That is why these papers go in .5 increments.

Running Record to use for any book, any level!
Ask your students to pull their free choice books and check that they are reading fluently, accurately and with understanding. This running record form can cover any grade level for about any 100 words passage. I ask my students to start reading wherever they are in the book. 10 Day Conferencing Schedule for IRLA
This graph is a 10 day schedule that helps remind and keep track of student who need to be met with. The "Bubble Day" is there for the students who did not get met with. I leave that day blank until I miss a student. We all know this is not a perfect world. Students are absent, there are fire drills, and sometimes just not enough time. That is what bubble day is for.

Monthly Reading Logs
These reading logs are great for keeping track of each student's individual reading minutes each month. Each includes a column for date, book title, minutes read, pages read, start page-end page, and adult signature. All 12 months are included!
I have each student keep a copy in their take home folder and track their minutes throughout the month. They then turn the log in to me at the end of the month, along with a book report or other project. I also use these to help me keep track of Book It

Non-fiction book labels that correlate with Beth Newingham's bin labels
I use these book labels with Beth Newingham's bin labels. I found that my first graders had a hard time returning books to the correct bin. I printed these labels on Avery return address 5140 labels and placed them on the backs of each book. They made my life easier and I hope they help you too!
