*A detailed explanation with teaching prompts on how to conduct an effective one-on-one writing conference.

*A Writing Conference Quick Guide Helper to walk you through each step of the conference. This is perfect for laminating and keeping with you when conducting conferences as a quick reference.

*A conference tracker recording form to keep on individual students to show progress and allow you to connect one conference to the other over time.

*A conference tracker recording form for the whole class that will allow you to ensure that you meet with each student weekly and see the class as a whole.

*All documents come in a PDF and an editable format so that you can personalize this resource to meet your needs. Individual forms are now included in Google Doc format as well.
