Poster Set: Character Traits and Tone vs. Mood
Sometimes students get stuck on ways to describe characters beyond "nice". Sometimes it's hard to find the right word to describe the tone and mood of a piece of satire. These 8.5 x 11 posters (one horizontal, one vertical) simply list words that students can scan to find just the right one. Our administrators have asked us to post I Can statements, written in student-friendly language, as learning targets for our students.
