Fortunate Son by Creedence Clearwater Revival Song Analysis
This was a super fun and engaging activity in my 8th grade classroom as we discussed the Vietnam War. It got my students thinking about how people felt about the Vietnam War and how music became such a huge tool for communication and connection among the counterculture of the 1960s. My students called the song "a banger" and it has introduced many of them to the awesome music of the 60s!
