Healthy Me Nutrition and Lifestyle Project
This is a 4-day research project on healthy choices in a typical teenager’s day. It focuses on the 6 essential nutrients, food groups, empty calories, sleep and exercise. It also makes a nutrition connection between the food we eat and what it does for our body systems. The students will use the planning sheet to create a brochure called Healthy Me.
