In this file, there are 3 pages of different assignments for a Food & Culture unit in Italian class.
The first assignment is a choice board of different assignments.
The second assignment is a research task on Italian cuisine and regions. Rubric included.

Students are able to research countries using online resources for an end of the year project! This comes with rubrics, and timelines for students to get their folders checked. I use folders to hold all of the students research so none gets lots. All requirements are listed on the rubric.

Airbnb France Research Project: Rent a Gîte! Bien Dit, CH 10
In this research project, students will look up a fictional Airbnb rental in two French cities: Paris + Monaco (can be changed, if you wish). They use the French version of the Airbnb site to answer questions about the rental, such as: how many bedrooms, bathrooms, what's included, what is NOT included, their opinion, etc. Can be adapted to use however you'd like. It correlates well with Chapter 10 of Bien Dit 1 (Vocab 1: à l'hôtel).Enjoy!
