Silent Film Project
This is one of my very favorite projects to do. During my Jazz Age (1920s) unit, I have students create their own silent films after we watch a handful of clips of Charlie Chaplin.
In this 4-page handout, the first page is a brief plot and character brainstorm, then its followed with:

Using multiple resources students will research the climate, economy, population, and 5 interesting facts about a colony. While researching, students will take notes for each component of the project on this packet. European Landmark Instagram Adventure for Geography w/Google Slides
